Understanding Our Reviews
AirloInfo collects reviews via a post-contact email survey sent 14 days after a traveller's return from their trip. We ask reviewers to rate their experience on five dimensions: clarity of information, accuracy of guidance, ease of following the process, outcome (did the eSIM work as expected?), and overall satisfaction.
We publish all reviews that meet our basic authenticity criteria (verified email, coherent content). We do not remove negative reviews unless they contain personal information, defamatory content, or are demonstrably fraudulent.

Critical Feedback We Have Received
In the interest of transparency, we also share representative critical feedback and our responses:
"The guide was helpful but didn't cover my specific Android model." — Reviewer, Hackney
Our response: We have expanded our device compatibility section to cover a wider range of Android models. We acknowledge that the Android ecosystem is fragmented and our coverage will never be exhaustive.
"I followed the process exactly but the eSIM still didn't activate. The carrier was at fault, not AirloInfo, but I wish the guide had warned me more about activation failure rates." — Reviewer, Bristol
Our response: We have added a dedicated troubleshooting section to the Process page and now include activation failure rates in our carrier assessments where data is available.
